Hi guys,

what is this? 1,6 or 1,9 hub? 
 

it is currently on a 1,6 car however he says it fit mi16 shafts ?!?

look at the disc offset, or the size of the threads, base model and 1.6 have m20, 1.9 is m24.

 

 

mi16 shafts are too long.

Do you know What the offsets’ are? 

 

are there any Other easy Way to tell the difference ?

From looking at the drive flange that's a 1.9 hub imo.

 

These notches are only present on the 1.9 GTI hub, 1.6 & base have a plain edge to the drive flange.

 

If you took the driveshaft out, what size was the hub nut?  30mm is base / 1.6 GTI & 35mm is 1.9 GTI in my experience.

Now collected.  It is 1,9 hubs.
