HELP XU10J4RS CHEAP BUILD

Hello, sorry if my english is not good, i am a guy that planing to go rallye with a 205 gti with 2.0 16v engine, i am asking what is the best combo to get around 220hp with e85 in xu engines, i see a lot of combos in this forum with fiat and honda pistons and diesel cranks but i not sure what hp numbers i will get with that, i am searching a cheap build with a 2.0 16v engine, i am sure that i use ITBs and e85 fuel but in a xu10j4rs i not will get more of 200hp, thanks for all info or help with this build, if is possible put detailed things. To get the best out of E85 you need at least 12.5:1. The cheapest way to do that is 88mm crank, XU10J4 rods and pistons, XU10J4RS head, thin copper gasket and o-ringed block. It will make 240hp easily with cams and ITB’s.
