As in the debris guard Mei?

I've just done another check on service box  and don't see a spacer , only the debris guard

cheers Kieran- I looked at this on service box earlier but wasn't sure when I compared it to the other diagram . I think that part may be missing. it didn't come with the new hub

That second photo is an aftermarket kit so it looks like it comes with some brands but I've never got one.

Not sure your soposed to have two bolts there!  One is soposed to be a plastic cap.  https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Rear-Axle-Arb-Torx-Plastics-Screw-Suit-Peugeot-205-306-309/222246979194?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649

Yeah the bolt was in just to add pressure whilst I was pressing the seal in . It is supposed to be a cap. I can't see a reason why you couldn't seal it with a suitable size bolt though and some sealant unless kits a clearance issue?

Clearance is very tight to the tyre at that point!

The plate should sit more or less up to the trailing arm. Gap there looks too big still. Tyre is very close.
