addition of OBD port for a 16v conversion

Has anyone got the wiring diagrams to fit a 16pin OBD port into a 16v converted car? I found an old post from 2015 where someone had done it, but theres no info and the photo links are dead. Mines going into a bare car with a CBS fusebox and digi dash so I have nothing to start with. Would be nice to fit an OBD for futuire fault finding
