It's only 6mm or 7mm holes, so can't be that really.

No, either 205 GTi, or something else. Trying to sort some parts lying around here, not too easy.

 

Could be from a 405 or BX I broke sometime too.

Made of copper? My guess is from a fuse shunt box, not 205 related but automotive

That`s a "tab washer".

As to what it`s off, looks very much like the ones inside Lucas/CAV/Roto diesel DPC rotary diesel injection pumps?
