Well that makes more sense. Thank you.

What do you guys normally use for a trigger wheel for the crank position sensor? Can you get a pulley with the teeth machined in??

Thanks

Jon

most of us use a flywheel with timing teeth, plenty of standard units and also off the shelf lightweight types available and use a standard tdc sensor, only proviso is that you need a late BE1 or later gearbox casing as early ones don't have the casting for a crank sensor in place.

though with an aftermarket ecu you can make a bracket and compensate for any inaccuracies in its location in the ecu settings.

Your life will be easy if can retain the 60-2 flywheel, either with a Motronic or Hall Effect sensor.
