Do Zx Beams Use The Seal Cups?

Recommended Posts

Slo

A mate has bought a 309 gti beam and its come with 2 snr bearing kits.

Also sourced some zx trailing arms but in the bearing kit is this piece of paper.

It says to not use the seal cup on the zx arm shafts is that correct?

I don't see what difference it makes all same axles more or less unless the zx arms have a seal lip?

Thats what i thought. He's got a picture of the arms and you can see its already got some cups on it.

Wonder if anyone would be silly enough to leave the cups off like that and wonder why bearings have rusted away 6 months later.

its still on the 205 drawing of the beam tube 5149 09
