Pug1Off Great Customer Service Experience

Would just like to share with the forum how helpful Pug1off have been with me over the last few days. The story goes as follows...

The head gasket went in my 205 Gti6 last Wednesday and I was due to head over the Nurburgring today (why does it always happen like this?). Car straight over to the garage, cylinder head off, cheap gasket discovered along with severe corrosion. Decided to replace the engine for speed and sourced one from forum member Stu8v (life saver). Engine delivered back to garage, new inlet and exhaust gaskets required ASAP on a Saturday. No local stock, so phoned further afield and Pug1off came up trumps. They had the oe exhaust gasket in stock and went out of their way to get an inlet gasket for me from a one of their suppliers on the weekend at short notice. They even arranged to meet me at their premises out of hours that Saturday evening so that I could collect the parts and drive them back up to the garage in time. As it happens the gaskets on Stu's engine were immaculate so the mechanic decided to re-use them, so I phoned Pug1off and we're very understanding and put them in the post to me instead at no extra charge.

The icing on the cake to the story is that on the Sunday, the combi boiler broke and then I fell off my bike and broke a collar bone and four ribs so the Ring trip was called off anyway! However, after having been let down by many a business over the years, over promising and under delivering I would just like to say that my experience with Pug1off was absolutely spot on and in my opinion worthy of public praise.

Jesus! Head gasket, Boiler and Collar Bone all in a matter of days!! That's your three "bad lucks" all together. Things will be great from now on!

Don't forget the ribs. They are what's stopping me from laughing or crying about the situation.
