What Seals

Recommended Posts

I currently have the engine out and looking to replace all the seals as a precaution and why it's out my question is what manufacture of seals are best to fit for crank seals and are there any seals that are over looked that I may as well replace. Thanks

Just because I was curious I called peugeot and they still carry them in the shelf (both ends) would it be better to get these £33.13 all in ??

Well under half that for payen in the aftermarket iirc, from a few comments from miles and sandy iirc the o.e arent as good as they used to be.

i used ECP to get the stock id, then used cp4l to order the stock, and used a code to save 7.5% on the order.

think I went for elring seals though

The Elring crank and cam seals from ECP/CP4L seem fine to me having used them on a few engines.

Elring and Reinz are ok, but Payen always seem a bit soft. Genuine are ok now.
