Head Bolts

I have recently pulled the head bolts out and have been matching everything up only thing im unsure of is the new bolts the old bolts have thread space, thread space then thread to the end but the new bolts are just thread half way up will this make a difference ???? Thanks

It doesn't matter , it's down to the bolt manufacturer which of these two design variations they use while making them . Both variations work fine no difference what so ever .
