1.6 Gti Radiator Cap - Where From?

Come to the conclusion that my radiator cap needs replacing, ideally want an original quality one.

 

Having trouble tracking one down, local motor factors cant help and the only ones I can find online are ones costing a few quid.

they should be able to help, its just a generic 1 bar bayonet type cap, as used my thousands of French cars.

 

try your local dealer, they're about a tenner.

Got a nice new black plastic Gates expansion tank cap from E-bay recently , about £6 inc P+P .

They look nicer than the metal ones which can rust .There are loads on E-bay .

What psi are the mi16/ Peugeot 205 gti ones. I've bought a one made by waxstat rated at lbs.13. Quite an old cap but new.
