Oil Pressure Guage Not Moving. Which Sensor ?

Hi guys. My variable oil pressure guage has recently stopped working.

 

I

 

Not sure which sensor it is on the front of the block???

 

Also does anyone know why's sort if voltage or resistance I should have with the ignition on at the wiring.

 

I need to get this fixed ASAP.

Just to the right of the alternator are two senders, the larger of the two is the gauge sender. However do a search on here for "brown multiplug" as very often this is the cause of the fault and not the sender unit. As a quick test pull the spade connector off and use something to earth the wire to something solid and metal, the block etc. Then with ignition on, look at your gauge. If the wiring is good then the gauge should show full scale. If if doesn't then you have a wiring problem somewhere.

The other one is a switch to turn on the low oil pressure warning light.

Wouldn't go to Pug for the Mushroom sender, as its 3 figures from memory.
