Front Sidelights And Dash Lighting Not Working?! 1989 Cti

Got the Controle Technique (French MoT) tomorrow morning, so trust the car to play up now.

 

I recently changed the light switch stalk, and that seemed to solve previous lighting issues. I've got a third lighting stalk switch, so tried that...no change. So can be pretty definite it's not the switch.

 

Any ideas? Rear lights light up OK, headlamps, dip & main beam, also the horn, all work fine. On sidelight setting, only the rear lights work; no dash lighting, no sidelight dash symbol, no front sidelights.

 

Have tried fiddling with the 3 yellow earth connectors by the radiator, so it doesn't seem to be an earthing issue. Have washed car thoroughly including hosing under front wings.

If I'd seen this sooner I would've suggested the fuse would be a good place to start as they all run through fuse #13 on the fusebox.
