What Are These Brackets I've Forgotten!

They look like the brackets situated down the inner wing drivers side to support the main wiring loom and hold it away from the cambelt cover.

Second one yes that would make sense as I had it left from when I did the belt.

 

But is the first one something to do with the front or rear bumper as it was with all the bumper bracketary

The bracket in your first pic look like they are off the rear valance. They go from the valance up to the body. I think they are riveted onto the body.

No the there is only 1 of these brackets in the first pic. Iv got the 2 brackets that are rivited. Unless there is 1 behind the no. Plate in the middle?! And I can't see it to be anything to do with the front or the driving lights as I have those 2 brackets. Neither does it appear to be Stam panel. I'm at a loss.
