Nastly Seat Sliders

Hi

 

How easy are new seat sliders/subframes to come by? :-)

 

Both driver and passenger ones on my 205 are very tired, lots of movement when seat clicks into place and very hard to lift for rear seat access..

 

Or are they easy to refurb?

If you lift up the seats and look underneath at the front i think there should be 2 rubber adjusters similar to those on the front of the bonnet that help to adjust its front level. they can help a lot with this problem, its also an mot failure!
