Split Hose

What hose is this? Is it a standards 1.6 1.9 or is it from the gti6 setup.

Desperate to know so I can sort this by Tuesday.

It's the lower hose it seems to have been rubbing on the linkage. Was coming out of the expansion tank until I replaced it with the alloy baker one. Now its obvious this is the last weak link.

Its a modified original hose, looks like its a tad too long anyway so you could cut it and bung a joiner in it to get you by.

thought you were getting a BBM replacement for that one?

they do one specific for the gti6 conversion so you wont have that tee piece in it and proper bends etc.

Yeah another bodge I've found, yeah I've got to wait till payday which is Wednesday to order those as I'm going for the entire set.

Would you say it's a modified 306 item or 205. Think my local scrap yard is open tomorrow so I can temp it till the weekend.

I'd just pop into a motorfactor or halfords and get one of those blue plastic joiners and cut the damaged bit out

Does anyone have or know of a thread with pics with the bm baker kit fitted.

Taken All the pipes of ready for the kit which hopefully will be here tomorrow.

Do people find fitting reasonably straight foward?
