Front Wheels Turning When Jacked Up And Clutch Let Out

Evening

 

I've been running the 205 with the front on axle stands, and noticed the front wheels were turning, as if they were under motion

its in neutral also, i did check this, i wasnt being a plank as i have been many times

 

Its recently had a new clutch cable in, i loosened this off all the way out, still kept doing it

 

when i depressed the clutch in the car, the wheels stopped turning

 

Ive seen motorbikes do this with their rear wheel, is this something to be worried about?
