What is the highest output the gti6 injectors will provide?

Has anyone been running them at 4 bar pressure instead of the 3 bar std.?

Experience please.

There's plenty of on-line calculators, such as this one:

My experience is that the std 205 pump gets very cranky at 4 bar and doesn't last long. Because flow rate is proportional to the square root of pressure, it doesn't make a significant difference.

I think the tool is a bit on the safe side.

If you calculate the needed cc/min for turbo lump with 180bhp, it says you need at least 357 cc/min, while the stock 2.0 TCT has only 240cc/min and can make 180bhp.

are you using them n-a or boost? that does have a bearing on what is safe to use, on n-a applications they're good for circa 230 maybe a little more at 3 bar IIRC.

the IW 204 are rated at 265cc/min @ 3 bar, btu due to a decent spray patten perform closer to a typical 300cc/min.

that is when used as batch fire, not sequential.

N/A of cause. Turbo is cheating:-)

Pressure will be slightly over 3 bar. I' m aiming at 220 hp.

I guess they will be able to deliver 220?

Thanks
