I guess you mean Richard Longman?

Depends which engine you have, but many use Maniflow, also Edwards Motorsport.

Yer sorry my bad i ment richard but has been a long day and brain isnt quite working properly! i know he helped develop the maniflow ones but i have heard/read that he did a better one with equal track lengths that was made on a dyne. sort of think if im going to spend £300 or so on a manifold i wouldnt mind spending a little more and get the best. Welshpug - what what the edwards motorsports ones like??

Longman don't trade any more, but the guy who worked all their heads was a chap called Brett Sims. He is now set up by himself at http://www.brettsimsmotorsport.co.uk/ and still does (very good) Pug engine builds - and by the look of his facebook page, Mini's too. I'm about to buy some bits from him; he's a good chap ;)

Not sure it's relevant for exhaust manifolds, although I know he does source them too...

many JRE engines have some of Mike Edward's manifolds on them, a few of Sandy Brown's race engines have them too, quite well known in the Hot Rod world for Chassis and exhausts.

Cosworth JRE in the dyno room with Edwards exhaust.

and there's http://www.maniflow.co.uk/

although if it is not a full spec engine, its likely that a manifold that Miles at Pugracing can supply will be more than up to the job, IIRC his welder used to be at Maniflow.
