306 Gti 6 Engine Light?

Engine light just came up and it seems to be seriously lacking power and struggling in low revs any ideas?

get it plugged in, if the light is on the ECU knows

Thats cool but im seriously low on funds! And I dont know anyone with the equipment... could the lambda sensor failing give me these kind of symptoms? ?

I'd say if you are low on cash then the last thing you want to do is waste money trying to guess which bits you need.

 

Local guy to me will plug in and read codes for £30 so if I were you I'd do something similar to pinpoint your fault.

Yeh no it does make sense I was just hoping somebody might just know exactly what it was just from symptoms! Il pop down to the local garage later and see how much theyre charging
