i have a 205 gti phase 2 that i have for spares, it has electric windows in it, i want to put these in my 205 xs with manual windows

i am assuming the windows and regulates will go in my doors

is it possible to remove the wiring off the gti and use that or would it be easier to make up my own wiring

Are both cars ph2 or is the xs earlier? reason i ask is the looms differ. Motors will fit no problem.

the gti is a H reg and the xs is a G reg

im no good at knowing the difference between the phases lol

The likelihood is then that the looms will be different, you'll need to find the earlier style door loom, the gti should have the round screw connectors/plugs at the doors. The earlier loom has 2 plugs near the steering column iirc and the loom from the passenger side runs all the way under the dash to the column, no plugs at the doors.
