N3VRAM 12 1 Cars Posted March 4, 2013 I'm thinking of getting one of those stick on number plates to go on the bonnet of my rallye and was wondering peoples thoughts, should i get a black border (the outline border of a normal number plate) or have it totally white with just the number plate characters on it?
