Cable Change On A Be3 Box

Hi can anyone help ive got a 106 rally car project iam trying to finish 306 wide track with gti6 engine ,but came to do the gear linkage and have no room for the rods so ive found a thred on here and it says use a 206 180 gear change linkage and cables and stick but ive got this and carnt figger out how it go's on top of the box please can some one help or photos would be good or ill buy the parts to convert if someone has anything,thanks graham

can't imagine why you can't fit the rods in, the factory Peugeot and Citroen sport rally cars used the BE3 box with an adapted standard shift rods :unsure:

 

the cable shift stuff just bolts on, you will need to swap the top arm that is secured by a pair of roll pins, but I have read from others doing a BE4 conversion that the mechanism fouls the steering arms or bulkhead IIRC, that is with the standard location however, god knows where your gearbox will be on an XU engine!!

the exhaust and steering rack is in the way to fit the rods,do you know what you have to swop the top arm from
