Recommended Posts

Before I went to the Uk last November I decided to get another weekend toy (instead of the 205 gti which I still have) 207 gti is my weekly cruiser.............

Well here is my Evo 6 bought it as it is, has full jap history and aussie history.

Few mods but nothing ott...

Tomie epreme downpipe.
5zigen full exhaust.
Hks mushroom.
Hks intercooler pipes.
Mines ecu.
unknown brand hard pipe to turbo,
Bc coilovers,
Rays te37 rims,
Hks evc 6 running 1.5bar of boost,
Defis with controller (playback etc)
Excedy clutch and lightened flywheel.
8mr bov.
Relocated oddesy dry cell battery

I think thats most of the mods maybe some I have missed car has done 83k with me being 2nd aussie owner.. Not sure on power but it goes ok :)

Only issues are front lip is cracked (I NEED A NEW ONE HELP!!) and clutch noise :(

Other than that car is straight accident free and well looked after :)

Very nice, still prefer a phase 1 205 CTI though! It is still running well Gerry you'll be pleased to know.

Have look in my garage/gallery, you probably won't recognise it.

I'm no fan of Evo's but that is a sweet motor - is that Alf Roberts you're gassing with? ;)

Yeah, looks like it means business.

Main put off for me is the spoiler - do people ever change out for a smaller one? Can't see it being something the typical Evo owner would be keen on... a bigger one maybe... :D

Cheers guys yeah looks like Alf roberts lol

I was gonna get a red evo 7 and could of had a blue evo 8 (with high km's) but I chose to go the 6 route due to the aggressive looks of it :)

I took the plates off the 205 gti to put on the evo (I figured they look better on it) will get some more for the 205 though at soem point...

As for fuel we roughly pay 75p a litre so it aint too bad :)

I was always an impreza man having owned 5 of them but if I was ever persuaded onto the dark side it would be in a '6.

Beautiful car, best of luck with it.
