chriswhiteuk 0 Posted October 29, 2003 So I can get away with leaving the intermediate driveshaft joint taped up or do you guys reackon they'd pick that up ? Chris
pug_ham 245 3 Cars Posted October 29, 2003 Hard to say, my mums car failed the last test on a split nearside cv boot but the inner end of the same driveshaft was in tatters but never got even mentioned. You should be OK but it'll depend on the tester & if he has had a bad week IMO. Graham.
Guest Zed666 Posted October 29, 2003 Doesnt the Haynes manual have an MOT checker section?, or is this useless?
nick 3 Posted October 30, 2003 Yes it does, but from what I've read on here in the past a lot of people don't own haynes manuals. Nick
