You should really have a way of getting rid of all that pressure when the throttle is closed otherwise it will go back through the turbo compressor the wrong way. You can use the standard recirc valve found on these engines if you do not like the noise. This valve dumps the pressure back into the inlet of the turbo hence the name recirc valve.

The standard one will be perfect and cheap. Its up to you. An after-market one will just be more expensive.

Just search for used items, the bosch ones were fitted to a number of vehicles including saabs. You might find it better searching for recirc valves,

I've got an old recirc valve that I had on my S3. I replaced it with a Forge one but noticed no difference.

Yours for 30 squid.

You're not quite getting this! You need a valve of some sort to avoid turbine stall which damages the turbo. A "Dump Valve" vents the excess boost to atmosphere and makes a whooshing noise as it does so. A recirculating valve does exactly the same but allows you to direct the air back into the inlet so it makes less of a noise. So to answer your question, the second pipe goes back into the inlet, usually before the turbo otherwise it will nullify the effect.
