Door Locking Mech

How do i get the door locking mech out?

 

am i right thinking it has to come off in this order.

 

Take the inner door handle off

then outer door handle

unbolt all the central locking etc

also there is some clip with some small screws inside the door and i also have the have the alarm which locks the car as well in there.

 

Just bars flying everywhere and i dont know where to start
