106 Xsi Head On 75Hp 1.4 Tu. Compatible?

Just want to double-check this. Looks like the HG has gone on the 306, thanks to an air-lock, and last time the head was off, I noticed it was worse for wear.

 

MiniGibbo has an XSi head going, but I'm sure they aren't compatible. The 306 is of 1.4 variety with an all-mighty 75bhp.

 

Can someone confirm?

It'll fit no problem but the (106) XSi head has much larger chambers than your current head. Fitting it will give you a very low compression ratio.
