Junction Box Wiring Help

[RP1983 4]

Can someone please tell me where the yellow wires with the spade connectors plug into the slam panel junction box please.

 

 

 

I'm trying to put my Mi back together but wherever I seem to put the wires it blows fuses.

that's not a 205 junction box, and the terminals should be in a housing!

 

when they have a housing on they can only fit in one slot.

The yellow wires in that area are all earths and plug into the earth block behind the headamp.

Thanks for both the replies chaps, it seems they have come from that earth block

Generally speaking, it's a safe assumption that any yellow wires with green stripes are earths of some description (usually with a wire number prefaced "M")

I'd seriously take a close look at your wiring, It doesn't look very safe

Anything in particular that makes you say that miles?

 

I know its all untidy at the moment as I've been pulling everything about trying to check for anything worrying as the car was already converted when I bought it. With a tidy I thought it would all be ok but would appreciate any advice.

The normal thing, When you see badly crimped crimps, Wrong colour crimps used on the wrong wires and you shouldn't have a bunch of wires like that there at all, should be like a OE loom no more no less wiring really
