Help With 1.6 To 1.9 Conversion

You can't use a 202 AFM - that's for Motronic models. You'll need a 109 AFM.

Dizzy you'll need a 1.9 one (066) I suspect, although I'm not sure how suited that'll be on a DKZ engine.

I don't recognise any of those numbers, so I guess its not a Bosch unit that is commonly found on them.

I'll be able to check my DKZ dizzy for you tomorrow.

CAT doesn't matter either way - simply look at it as if it was a part of the exhaust system.

DUCELLIER 2525709A

Just to note : the dizzy on the late Motronic 1.3 1.9 DKZ car is "hollow" (doesn't have a mechanical system) , it's just the housing with the shaft and rotor arm/cap .

That one is mechanical dizzy .. proper dizzy for DKZ is non mechanical , cos the management controls the spark .

No that's fine .. you must have a mechanical dizzy if you're running yours on Jetronic management .

Proper ECU for Motronic 1.3 DKZ engine is : 0261200162 , it's a 3 row ECU controls the injection and ignition .

Sorry to bring this up ,

My car 1992 GTi was originally 1.6 (B6E) . previous owner swaped it into 1.9 (DKZ).
AFM is still the same (1.6)
Dizzy of BX GTI (Duceliier somthing like thar)

Catalyser was removed -

My question is : I got the 1.6 ECU (340) and also the 1.9 ECU (359)

Which one I better run in the meantime?
