does anybody know if theres any differences in the wishbone bushes between the different models.

earlier cars have different wishbones balljoint and hub carriers to later cars, later cars shared hub carriers and lower balljoints with the 406.

 

Bushes afaik were all the same.

my 4bie is on a h plate i bought new bushes for the rear of the arms and on the p/s side the bush allmost dropped in im sure this is not spose to be as it should. the arm looks newer than that of the d/s and that bush was press fitted in. do you think its more likely to be that the bush is the weakest link in my problem. they were from my local motor factors but look exactly like the ones off ebay.
