is it possible to fit the front vesnted discs in the rear suspension instead of of nonvented discs??,it's a 405 mi16

no need, the standard discs are sufficient.

there is a conversion using front 205 1.6 gti discs, not sure of details.

why do you want to change the disc?

 

Or are you wanting to change the calipers also?
