Factory Tire Sizes

hi all just wondering if anyone knows the factory tire sizes on t16 alloys?

205/50/16 and the wheels are 6.5" wide .

ive got t16 wheels on my mi just checked and im running 195/45/16's, allways thought they were too small harsh ride and im sure they made the car slower being smaller overall diametre?

my mind is telling me smaller diametre would spin faster hence making it faster what do u guys think?

it makes the wheels spin faster indeed, but since it's directly related to

gearing, it makes the car run slower in each gear (and in top speed).

 

i reckon 205/50 is a bit largeish for an Mi16 though and 195/45 too small,

i think something like 205/45/16 would be most suitable.

The 45 is the percentage of the width in tyre wall height.

Mines got 307 16inchers on at the mo they came with 205/55/16 which are waay too big. Finding the budget to replace all 4 is not easy at the mo tho
