Hello

i've recently got one of these cams and i have only just thought, do the pistons require machining to get this cam to fit?

i've done a search but couldnt find any information on this

Many Thanks

GpA/2 spec? If so no, but the head will need relieving.

My head was fine, no material at all removed, stick it in and see how it fits.

I had one in on standard valves for a while, but do check that the peak lift is not too much, iirc its marginal, sandy knows i believe, my cam was in sean mckeowns engine for a while that sandy revised.

Ahh, I just don't recall Sean having one. No idea, never heard of them called a 'gravel' cam! 300+deg & 4.8mm of lift??
