Anyone Know How/where I Can Get Help With Refurbishing The Supplementa

Unless you can advise me differently, I reckon I can't buy a new SAD, so finding someone clever enough to refurb an old one might be my only option.

 

Any advice/recommendations gratefully received.

 

OR: Was there a similar part fitted to some model of Citroen?
