Gti6 Clutch, Or 205 Diff Packing Up, Help Needed

havnt had the car long and dont know alot about it but basically...

a tonne of smoke arised from my engine bay, and i thought the clutch was slipping, put the car in fifth , foot to the floor, the clutch was slipping, on my home, turned a corner the wheel snatched back made a clunk and bang i had no gears, both driveshafts are still in and no snapped, and theres oil everywhere, could this be the diff, or the pressure plate?

Is this a White shell with green stitched interior by any chance?

Could well be the Diff, Oil on the clutch it all add's up to a nice hole in the box, Very common so don;t worry

From the symptoms of the clunk bang and steering snatch it sounds like the diff planet wheels have broken to me. You'll have to investigate further.
