Another Driveshaft Post

Hi guys just to clarify this to my local GSF, should the outer knuckle on a 309 gti driveshaft have six bearings? because every one i get off them has three (tripod) and all the posts and google searches i have done show them having six cheers.

This is the newer type shafts being sold by gsf these days. They use a tripode joint rather than the usual bearing and cage type. I don't know how these are on road cars but they certainly don't last for rally use like the old GKN ones do!

 

I bought some shafts from here, really nice product and lasted well in competition use so far!
