Clicking Relay

I have a 1.9 MI16 conversion, it runs, however when I turn the key to stage 2 I can here a relay clicking, I can't work out why the relay has an intermitant supply to the coil, or what the function of this relay is. I've changed the relay for a new one and it still does the same so I'm pretty sure it's not the coil dying in the realy.

 

 

 

 

 

Sorry if the picture is a bit big, the relay which is clicking is the right hand one, (black one)

One relay is for the fuel pump and the other is for the engine managment, it supplys power to the coil, injectors and some sensors. The managment relay should click on position 2 of the ignition switch.

ok, that sounds promising like it's meant to click then. Brilliant, I thought I might have broken something!
