Idle Screw Corroded In

Ive noticed now that once i give my car some beans the air bleed screw must move out a little and thus the idle goes up slighty so im going to use a little bit thread locker to seal it in but i wanted to do the set up for the two and the small screw is recessed on my TB not protruding and will not move for love nor money so i was wondering how people get around this without killed the screw head.
