Injector Buzzing

Recommended Posts

after getting my car running near enough properly i took the loom off to wrap some of the gaps up in the loom with electrical tape, i today put the loom back on the car and when i put the wire that powers the loom on the battery number 4 injector buzz's really loud and all the others tick once. i didnt change anything on the loom when i took it out i just wrapped some electrical tape around some gaps. also car runs like poo again now  anybody know what my problem could be or where i could start?

We won't be able to help you on this one, the answer is in the question: If you have gaps in your loom, it means that it's not a proper job and you have misconnections somewhere.

Take the multimeter and the iron out, and strip it again before you fry the ECU...

Make sure you weld wires properly and with thermal insutaltion sleeve around
