1.1 Tu Engine Problem

hi,

My 205 xra (van) 1.1 tu has a slight engine problem, the engine is running really flat, there is no performace at all and it is spitting a big flame and bang out of the carb if you give it a little rev?? any ideas ??? ^_^

Timing!

 

just took the distributer cap of this morning and both the bottom points have completly worn away, so going to try a new one see what happens.....

hasn't really made a differance to be honest , im now thinking the cam belt could of jumped a tooth so going to try and time it up this eveining see if it makes a differance .... :ph34r:

oh for people witht the same issue this was solved by removing the insides of the dizzy not just the cap and giving it all a good clean, was full of dirt.
