I believe he has done, he's just sorted them for the TU-MA 106 and is in the process of doing the TU-BE 106 setup.

best to just PM him though, "eeyore" is his username

Colin certainly has done a 205 tu setup, but the car I am thinking of has a BE box. You only need ask, I know that he has been able to work something what ever the combination in a 205 in the past.

Here is the one he has made for my 405, which will now be hooked up to an Evo IV gearbox

I know Colin wanted to simplify the whole kit last time I spoke to him, making it a lot easier to fit (to whichever car is in question).

Is the distance between gears increased with that long stick, or has the pivot been changed to compensate?

Its a total setup/kit, can be adjusted to suit too.

The regs I am running to don't allow for daylight in the bulkhead, any ideas how you would be able to seal around the rods?

Something like a gear gaiter off a Mini would do the trick.

Thanks Welshpug. Are these rose jointed? Would anyone a pic of the set-up as it might be what I need for the 405 track car.

Not sure what pics you've looked at, but the finished item has gaitors on the rods/bulkhead to satisfy MSA regs. You can see pics of the latest kit (during testing) here: http://www.106rallyeforum.com/forum2008/sh...ead.php?t=77112

It's intended now to be more DIY fitting orientated.

I have a much better idea now thanks for that link Sandy. I think the previous pictures was only partly installed so had no rubber gaiter fitted. They look great and having that extra height on the lever for less hand movement in gear changes is great. I shall be pm'ing him imminently.

Makes me wish my 205 wasn't so nice on the inside, so I could strip it and install one of these - very cool.

He has a few car projects to finish off before he can look at redesigning the 205 gearlever so it will certainly be next year before he can start work on it so I would not bombard him too much <_<

Interesting. After looking at the photos on the 106 forums, I wonder if this setup will fit if you are using a CAT ? There don't seem to be much space in those 106 Exhaust Tunnels - and the pictures didn't contain a CAT.

Isn't the 106 cat in the downpipe like saxos?

EDIT - Scratch that, its only 1.4 and 1.1 106's that have the cat in the downpipe.
