Sad Leaking

Just checked this site and cant find anything relavent on previous topics.

 

Been having idle and running problem for a while, and checked out a few things. Just done a pressure test on the engine and found a leak on the TB to inlet joint, and after replacing the rubber ring its still leaks, but the main problem i found is a leak on the SAD

 

The leak is coming from where the two halves of the sad body joins. I took it off and tried to play around with it but cant seem to find a way to tighten it up. How do u take it apart? I have 2 spares but the bodies are even looser on these ones.

 

Also i removed the sad and blocked off the two open pipes, went out for a drive to test it and it seems a lot smoother now and when it got warm it now idles at 800, where before it was around 1000rpm. Does this mean the sad is a faulty?
