Looks quite neat though you will probably be using it way before you use the sumpguard!

I quite like that, just can't decide whether it 'goes' that well or not though, it kind of works as the holes follow the line of the slanted hole in the valance, but something looks a little odd...

But meh, who cares, function over form!

Hmmm. I like this a lot. I've been looking for something deep to add to the bottom of the valance so I can look further into creating a front splitter.

This looks like it will do the job nicely.

Does it require any modding or is it a straight fit.

I'll be looking around i think a nissan pulsar (gti-r shape) lower lip might also work well...

The mod's to get it to fit where just the following:

1) shave the top corners of the lip as to get it to fit you need to pull the sides in slightly.

2) trim off some extra length off the sides so they are in line with the line of the wheel arch

3) cut the middle to remove the excess width

4) remove some of the bottom of the lip for clearance - i removed about 1/3 of the height of the bumper.

that was all - the bumper i used was slightly warped but it didn't matter.

I've asked my BMW friends if they have another, if i get one i'll look at making a more detailed guide. I'll be looking at making something to deflect the air around the front of the tyre also later.

Like it alot, the old seat ibiza one fits and its quite deep but it dont fit the sharp corners of the valance.

HERMAN

I have just recently fitted some brake ducts to my 205 front valance

Note I have not finished painting it yet it needs a good flatting down and lacquering.

I have got some 2" brake ducting to plumb into the front brakes when finished.

DRTDVL is your grill on the 205 valance a standard item?

Wow sorry Herman, i didn't see your post for some reason.

Yeah the grill is standard on the silver valance it's just painted silver and on the red one it's black.

Lip's been on for awhile and done a few events now. It's holding up fantastically - the car isn't that low so yeah.

I'll look at making up some blanks for the spotlight holes (like the evo / wrx's)
