Is it me or do pigeons seem to have something to prove around this time off year. I was going along in my bus today and there was a flock of pigeons sitting in the road so i carried on thinking they would move but they all sat there. Thud, thud, thud and so on got nearly all of them but 3 slid down the windscreen in slow motion.

Old lady gets up Say's those birds where here friends and she's going to complain. Maybe i will get her next time

I have hit a collection of pigeons, seagulls and rabbits in my time driving only ever hit one dog an Alsation pup there where about 12 dogs running around in the road and i had to hit the pup of all of them it went straight under the car and out the back wobbled a bit shook its head and run off so i went to the police station to report it and they where more interested in my documents than the pour little Alsation, i did have some choice words for the officer on the desk.

The funniest one i have heard of was a few Years ago a friend of mine had a nova saloon and hit a cow it went up in the air and landed with its back legs through the rear window on the back seat it them managed to get free wandered up the road and got hit by a land rover still not dead it disappeared into the night leaving the nova and land rover written off

monday morning i had just over taken another van on the A39 and there were loads of birds eating roadkill,i didn't have chance to brake and hit a massive buzzard thing,it was a helluva bang, but the only mark on the van was some dust,i felt guilty as i like them big old birds.
