Larger Diameter Of The Air Horn Lip Or....

My friend is working on a set of Jenvey mating with Honda K20A engine. He will be using 50mm tb and large Air Horn both from Jenvey.

 

When I looked at the size of the air horns, I was thinking shall I get the same size air horns for my 45mm tb.

 

The Jenvey's air horn is just a horn glued together with a base flange, which we experienced they got separated after some time of use.

 

We finally found someone to custom made some forge ally air horns and they work extremely good and much cheaper.

 

Shall I custom made a set of those big mouth air horn or better stay?
