Coolant Temp Sensor

hi fitted car with new coolant temp blue one with plug but theres 2 others side by side on the back of the engine what do these do thanks i have a 205 gti 1.9 on a f reg

Assuming you're talking the two sensors with a single spade connector, then one is for the coolant temp gauge (the shorter of the two), and the other is for the high coolant temo warning light (the taller of the two).
