when im driving and press the clutch to change gear the revs raise a little bit and stick and then drop again, what could my problem be?

Sounds like you have an air leak some where.

mine done this for abit it was the throtlle not going right back i just cleaned it up abit.

checked throttle and its fine

could the clutch sticking cause this or the accel cable routed wrong as its rather long and goes quiet far in a circle in the bay?
