My first guess was that the drop link lower joints are worn. This can translate into a knocking when going over bumps. Try putting moving the ARB at the joint to check for any wear.

When you say the car doesn't bounce at all do you still have movement in the suspension? It's not totally stiff is it?

drop links - give each a wobble, nearside tends to go more often.

Had the same symptoms recently. Changed the right anti roll bar linkage. (the one from the strut to the antirollbar.

removed all the banging noise. Only took 10min. to swap.

loose subframe bolts perhaps? although normally you get a clunk when coming on or off the power when they are loose.

Can the vibration be felt through the steering column? If so, check for play in your steering as it may be your rack that is worn.

P.S. I replaced my ARB droplinks about 6mnths ago and they have already split !!!
