Tom Fenton 1,526 Posted September 2, 2009 I'm just in the process of fitting the oil cooler to my car, before I just attack the front panel at random with a holesaw does anyone have a decent shot of the front of a 1.9 showing where the factory made the holes? ASAP please as otherwise the itchy drill finger will win!

grandos 16 Posted September 2, 2009 Shouldn't need to do too much cutting. If my memory serves me correctly the oil cooler mounts to the radiator support (think second fan) then the pipes go up and over to the left as you face the car. Then they are routed the through two U shaped cut outs (where the pipes are also mounted to).
